SHIPPING

Gruff + Tumble will make all types of reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. Also, note that delivery estimates are based on averages, and your order may be delivered faster or slightly slower.

2 Day Express (delivery up to 2 days after shipping)

International Orders

Right now, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to getting the international platform up and running! Note that Canadian orders are subject to duty fees.

 

RETURNS

We can issue a full refund for orders returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note: After your first pair, we cannot accept returns for underwear that have been tried on or removed from their packaging. (You know...Sanitary type stuff.)

What is the Try-On Guarantee?

We get it. How can you know how comfortable our underwear is until you try it on? If you don't love your first pair, we’ll do the right thing and send you a different size, style, or we’ll issue a refund. And you can keep the pair you tried.

Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the garment or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

• Only applies to your first worn garment, per customer.
• All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• If you choose to replace the Garment, we will ship the item to you free of charge.

Standard Return Policy

Returns are authorized for unworn Garments with all tags and labels attached.

Where a Garment is authorized for return, you can return by mail.  Please Contact Us with your order number or receipt to request a return by mail.

• Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
• For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
• Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
• Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Gruff + Tumble. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Gruff + Tumble accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Gruff + Tumble charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
